Terms of sale
Paperkites is sold by Aryan Ahmed Anik, an individual, of [ADDRESS] TO FILL, [COUNTRY] TO FILL. When these terms say “we”, they mean him.
A Premium licence key for Paperkites on macOS. You pay once; there is no subscription. The key unlocks the Premium features in the app. Everything that is free stays free, with or without a key.
Like the app itself, the key is licensed to you, not sold. Your notes are your own: we claim no rights to anything you write.
Lifetime means every 1.x release of Paperkites, for as long as there are any. A future 2.0 may be a paid upgrade. If it is, the 1.x version you have keeps working with your key.
The key is for you. Use it on any Mac you own or control, for personal or commercial work. Don’t share it, publish it or resell it, and don’t sublicense or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it despite this.
Delivery is immediate: your key is shown on screen as soon as payment goes through. If you lose it, get it back at purchase.paperkites.app/restore. The key is checked offline, in the app.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may sell to you as the reseller, or merchant of record; when it does, it handles the sales tax or VAT and your receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment. Prices may include, or add, the tax due where you live, worked out at checkout.
Within 7 days of buying, email [email protected] with your order email or order id, and you get your money back. No questions asked.
A refunded key may stop working in a later update. Your notes are plain files, so they stay readable either way.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your notes. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability is what you paid for the key.
None of this takes away rights the consumer law where you live gives you and that can’t be signed away.
